The Brief:
The Client wanted to give their employees access to a free outdoor gym on-site, to increase fitness options and improve mental health at the workplace. Looking for a low impact workout with units suitable for all users.
Equipment Installed:
• Rehabilitation Bundle – eight units with 14 user stations.
• Grass matt safety surfacing
The Challenges:
The installation took place on the secured client site with protective fencing. The works took place in a timely manner and were completed to budget.
Outcome:
The new outdoor gym allowed employees a chance to exercise before or after work or during break times. The units had grass matt surfacing installed to allow the units to be used all year round with increased durability.
The range of units provided offer a low impact workout with cardiovascular options and toning units. The gym is also linked to the Caloo Pulse app and workouts are available for free.
