The Site:
The College of North West London is a college for further education specialising in courses focused on delivering the skills needed to help students progress to university or get into work. The existing sites for development were bare unused land or areas which were not utilised by students.

The Brief:
The Client indicated they wanted a complete refurbishment of these outdoor spaces and wanted to build a Multi Use Games Area (MUGA) to provide opportunities for students to play football and basketball. Another site was also to have outdoor gym equipment installed so students could have access to exercise at all times.

It was important that the MUGA have a surface which was ideal to help drainage due to being raised. SUDS Bond provided the perfect solution for these requirements.

The Challenges:
Protective fencing was installed to allow the team to work safely in the designated area, this also helped limited access and protect the staff and students while the works were completed.

Public Safety was of paramount importance, ensuring our staff were clearly visible in the correct protective equipment and uniform and carrying relevant identification.
