The site created has created a safe and secure location for patients to exercise outside. Exercise has been proven to increase endorphins which trigger a positive feeling in the body, which works well for the Cedar House. The site is well used and allows a combination of cardiovascular and strength based workouts.

The new track was created from SUDS bond to allow an all weather solution for the running track. The daily mile goes around the playing field and greats a good track to run on each day. The track was 1.5m wide allowing pupils to run with friends to add a social element.

The new Daily Mile track was a huge success and the school recently were visited by Mayor Sadiq Khan and Gold medalist Mo Farah to promote the use of Daily Mile tracks within schools as a way for children to keep healthy and exercise outdoors. The school has seen regular use from their track and the wetpour surface offers excellent drainage throughout the wet winter months. A fun way for children to exercise easily at school.

The new outdoor gym has created a fantastic new fitness opportunity for the school. The fenced location allows the site to be closely monitored during use and has created a great zone for school PE lessons. The children have found the new site offers a range of exercise options and the multi user stations allow the children to exercise with friends.

Supplied via our sister company Safe and Sound, the local community are thrilled with the completed installation of the new MUGA, the ability to play a variety of sports in one space. The multi use games area is regularly used by sporting groups. The chicane entrance and open ended goals allows access from all users and greats an accessible space to be enjoyed.

The installation has offered a recreational fitness element to the shopping centre complex. The previously empty outside space has been transformed into a fun leisure space for all users to enjoy. Four tables allows up to 16 users to enjoy table tennis outside.
