Please can you pass on my thanks to your team for their excellent work at Kingston Field installing the accessible path to the playground.

I’ve been looking to have this work undertaken since I joined the Council over five years ago, so it’s great to finally see the path in place – I enjoyed seeing  families using it this weekend, and the café are looking forward to having tables out there in the summer.

I hope we can work together again in the future.

We have had such a positive reaction from children with regards to the equipment; the older children use it every day at play and lunch. 

The children enjoy it so much that some of the younger children's teachers have timetabled in a few minutes each week to take their classes out to the equipment to use it. 

We have children who choose to use the equipment as part of their reward time showing how much it is benefiting them. 

We are hoping to use the equipment for after school clubs and to invite in parents to use it with their children. 

Working with Caloo was very easy and they made the process simple, efficient and uncomplicated. The equipment was installed quickly and with minimal impact on the school day, which is something that was fantastic. 

Every contact that we had with Caloo was prompt and polite and we would not hesitate to use them again. 

Provided a good service. Product quality appears is as good as the more expensive firms equipment. Install delayed due to the national building materials shortage, not their fault.

We just wanted to say how helpful, pro active and friendly the two teams that have been installing our Outdoor Gym.

The first team drove down from Great Yarmouth and were ready to start at 8am.

 They used their initiative whenever a question arose, and communicated by phone if I was not present. 

They did a super job of installation, and we went through the check list thoroughly together.

They even pointed out that the packing had removed the paint from the 'wheelchair friendly' exercise unit, and promised to get the piece re painted when the outstanding 'Rower' unit finally arrives..

Three days later the second team left Stafford at 4am and arrived before 9am. the immediately started work laying our green mulch base, and despite the heat, and the task, 

They worked solidly through the morning producing an excellent result.

Both teams were very professional, and still had time for some banter!

Please record that the installation teams were a credit to Caloo.

We look forward to the remaining piece, in order that the Outdoor Gym can be officially opened.

Richard Taylor is very helpful, providing us with prices quickly, and quoting for lots of different options for the customer to choose from. The play equipment is of good quality and at very competitive prices. We have purchased several springers and they are very colourful with lots of different designs. 

From start to finish Caloo were professional, courteous and provided us with an outstanding service and real quality outdoor gym equipment. The children use it regularly and it has fast become an integral piece of equipment. I would not hesitate to recommend Caloo!

Since the installation in Late April the equipment is in constant use by both young and old plus all those in between, it has been well used by the community and a valuable addition to our facilities. We cannot thank Caloo enough for all their guidance and hard work behind the scenes to get this project up and running. We look forward to working with them again.
