The Site:
Wrangle Parish Council is located in Boston, Lincolnshire.
The play area within the village is a popular hot spot for local families to visit daily and needed revamping into a community play destination for all to enjoy.
A site visit, risk assessment and health and safety report was conducted to allow Monster Play to provide Wrangle Parish Council with the best solution to meet their needs.
The Brief:
The Client indicated they wanted natural colours where possible to form the basis of their new play space. They were also keen on units which offered large recycled content to keep the space environmentally friendly.
The playground needed to cater for all age groups and off various levels of play value across the site.
The Challenges:
The installation of this site provided a few challenges for the team. Working within a community space meant the public had access 24/7. Protective fencing was installed to allow the team to work safely in the designated area, this also helped limited access and protect the public while the works were completed.
Equipment Installed:
• Drake Early Works Big Toys Multiplay Unit
• Mover Big Toys Multiplay Unit
• Two Infant Seat Swings
• Metro Roundabout
• Play pod Pedestals
• Zigzag Beams

Monster Play Big Toys units are constructed from FSC certified wood or recycled metal and plastic with an average of 70% reclaimed material in each structure.
