Another unit from the calisthenics family, the horizontal bars or chin ups as they are also known, provide a training unit for various exercises.
The bars can be used for pull ups, leg raises and chin ups which is perfect for building upper body muscles and strengthening arms and shoulders.
There are three different height bars which allow users to challenge themselves and develop while using the equipment.
