The Site:
Polgooth Play Area, St Mewan Parish Council
The Brief:
The larger site of the three, Polgooth play area required a variety of different play units for all ages across the park. Wetpour surfacing was specified to provide maximum safety for the children.
Equipment Installed:
• Agility older years climbing unit,
• Horse Springer,
• Bounce and Twist Seesaw,
• Osmoz Infant Multiplay,
• Roundabout,
• Basket Swing,
• Wetpour surfacing.
The Outcome:
Children of all age groups have been to visit the Polgooth Play Area and the fantastic range of new equipment installed. The dynamic equipment and bright colours have been a draw on all age groups and abilities. The older years agility trail has been a particular success with a wide range of climbing options for children to develop balance and hand eye co-ordination.
The Osmoz unit has been a perfect addition for the younger years with easy access platforms and slides at different heights to help build confidence.
All equipment has been installed on wetpour surfacing with fun colourful shapes which made the space eyecatching and safe for year round play.
