The Site:
Swavesey Parish Council – Village recreation green.
The Brief:
The Client were looking for a standalone goal unit with basketball hoop and side panels. An outdoor table tennis table was also specified for further active opportunities.

-SUDS Bond Surfacing
The Challenges:
The installation of this site provided a few challenges for the team. Working within a village recreation green meant the public had access 24/7. Protective fencing was installed to allow the team to work safely in the designated area, this also helped limited access and protect the public while the works were completed.
Outcome:
SUDS Surfacing was decided at a later date due to its fantastic drainage properties. This means there were no risk of surface ice or flood risks and the equipment could be used throughout the entire year. The units have seen regular use from the community and provide excellent fitness options for all age groups.
